WILLS
It’s important for you to make a Will whether or not you consider you have much to leave because without one there are rules which dictate how your money and possessions will be shared and this may not be in a way you expected. Your Will can also deal with who will look after your kids.
LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY
By preparing a “Property and Affairs Lasting Power of Attorney” and/or a “Personal Welfare Lasting Power of Attorney” you can ensure that your affairs are dealt with if you are no longer able to look after them yourself.
LIVING WILLS
A "Living Will", or "Advance Directive “is a document which deals with your preferences for having or declining medical treatment if you become incapable of communicating this yourself.
PROBATE
We can deal with all aspects of a deceased persons estate, including registering the death, obtaining a Grant of Representation, complying with H M Revenue & Customs’ requirements, assessing the risk of claims against the estate and advising about the possibility of varying the terms of a Will or intestacy to save tax or to achieve the deceased’s wishes.
